Welcome to the MMA Competitor Web site.  Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. MMA Competitor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions are applicable to all visits to the MMA Competitor Web site, both currently and for future reference.


Product Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.


Product Statements and Images
All product statements regarding Sports Supplements sold on the MMA Competitor site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims.  All product images are for illustration purposes only.


Delivery and Costs


MMACompetitor.com are striving to provide an excellent service with great value. Therefore, we are currently providing free standard delivery at present to the UK Mainland only. Should you wish to get a faster delivery or are outside of the UK Mainland then please contact us at sales@mmacompetitor.com prior to submitting your order and we will quote you a delivery cost.Delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.

UK Mainland


Standard Delivery Costs are £3.99. Orders for in stock items are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (up to 1kg) or Courier (1kg +), and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order.  Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances.  Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature.  Courier items are sent using using a courier company and will arrive between 8am and 5pm.  Please ensure that someone at your delivery address is available to sign for the delivery.  If no person is available to sign for your delivery an attempted delivery card will be posted informing you. It is then your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier.


Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island etc:

Standard Delivery Costs are £3.99. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply.  (Please refer to the aforenamed section below). Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order.  Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances.  Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature.  Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery.  If no person is available to sign for your delivery an attempted delivery card will be posted. Is is then your responsibility to contact Royal Mail to arrange collection or redelivery if this option is made available.

Republic of Ireland and Europe:

Standard Delivery Costs are £9.99. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply.  (Please refer to the aforenamed section below).  Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Delivery and will generally arrive from 3 - 7 working days from the date you place your order.  Royal Mail Airsure tracks your order electronically to the point of delivery, but items delivered by this method will NOT require a signature.  If you wish to track the progress of this order then please contact us. Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times.

Rest of World:

Standard Delivery Costs are £14.99. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply.  (Please refer to the aforenamed section below).  Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Delivery and will generally arrive from 3 - 7 working days from the date you place your order.  Royal Mail Airsure tracks your order electronically to the point of delivery, but items delivered by this method will NOT require a signature.  If you wish to track the progress of this order please contact us. Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times.

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus on International and Offshore UK addresses only

If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus.  If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order.  In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge.  You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.


Payment and Stock Availability
Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.

Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure payment server.  If you choose to mail a cheque or postal order for your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order and in the case of a cheque payment, goods will not be dispeached until the funds have been cleared. Please allow up to an additional 5 working days in addition to the delivery timescales as documented within this terms and conditions section of the MMA Competitor website.

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.  As we process and despatch your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.

At all times until despatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in delivery costs in correspondence with our delivery costs and policy at that time.

Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.  You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise.

Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.

Returns

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

There is a 2% handling charge included in all orders, which is non-refundable in case of unwanted items.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, minus the 2% handling charge, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the delivery address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the 2% handling fee and the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the 2% handling fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds cannot be given until return goods have been received.

Complaints
All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days, although we will try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.

Data Protection and Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party.
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.
You can request at any time, that we stop using your information and, that we stop mailing information to you by sending an email to mmacompetitor@btinternet.co.uk

 Changing terms
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Although MMA Competitor has attempted to provide accurate information on the Web site, information on this Web site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The contents of any documents on the Web site are believed to be current and accurate as of its publication date. MMA Competitor assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. All producst, software, information and services provided on the MMA Competitor website are provided "as is" with all faults without warranty of any kind, whether implied, express, statutory or otherwise. MMA Competitor and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, withour limitation, lost profits, or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to data arising  out of use or inability to use this site or any MMA Competitor product, damages resulting from use or reliance on the information present, even if MMA Competitor or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
